Petit Verdot, Miljenko’s Selection
The small block of Petit Verdot in our Yountville vineyard is enhanced by the few additional rows of this varietal in our Rutherford vineyard, just a few miles away. Both vineyards enjoy consistent sunshine and a well-drained mixture of gravel, clay and loam that produce complex, ripe flavors. We farm naturally, without artificial pesticides or herbicides, and the grapes are certified organic.

The grapes for this wine were grown at Miljenko’s Vineyard, a 34-acre parcel of land north of Calistoga overlooked by Miljenko “Mike” Grgich’s home. This sunny and well-drained hillside is the perfect site to grow intensely flavored Petite Sirah. We farm all of our certified organic vineyards naturally, using the principles of regenerative agriculture.

Rosé, Miljenko’s Selection
Our winemakers have created a Rosé fit for any occasion that shines whether you’re pairing it with food or drinking it alone. Using the traditional saignée method, we allowed free run juice to remain on the skins for one to five hours.
Napa Valley has a Mediterranean climate, so we had Provence’s chilled Rosé in mind when we crafted this refreshing wine.

Riesling, Miljenko’s Selection
Our Riesling is crafted with grapes sourced from our American Canyon vineyard, located in the southern tip of Napa Valley near San Francisco Bay. The cool climate and stronger winds delay ripening and ensure excellent acidity, yielding a crisp and lively wine. The clay soil retains water, giving us the ability to dry-farm them and yielding higher quality, concentrated fruit.

Chardonnay, Miljenko’s Selection
Chardonnay thrives in our Carneros vineyard in the southern tip of Napa Valley, near San Pablo Bay, which spills into the San Francisco Bay. The cool maritime breezes and fog allow the grapes to slowly ripen to develop complex flavors while maintaining a pleasing natural acidity that is impossible to achieve in warmer areas.

Sauvignon Blanc, Skin Fermented, Miljenko’s Selection
This wine is crafted with grapes sourced primarily from our American Canyon vineyard, balanced with grapes from our Carneros vineyard. These cool climates and stronger winds delay ripening and ensure excellent acidity, yielding a crisp and lively wine. The grapes were handpicked at night, destemmed, and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks for two weeks, which gives the finished wine some tannins and bigger body like red wines, but maintains crisp acidity like white wines.
