2024 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This Regenerative Organic Certified, Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from trees planted in 2002 in the sandy, well-drained soil of Ivo’s Vineyard in American Canyon, set in the southern tip of Napa Valley. Our olive trees come from DaVero Farms, which is located in the Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County and is a certified organic farm. DaVero’s cuttings come from exceptional olive trees in an ancient olive grove in the hills to the east of Lucca, in the heart of Italy’s Tuscan countryside. The trees are more than 800 years old, and the farm has been in the same family since the 1400s! DaVero selected that grove because its distinctive clones create an oil with wonderful flavors.

This classic Tuscan olive oil displays sophisticated flavors of fresh cut grass, spicy white pepper and green apple. It's perfect as a finishing oil on salads, pasta, fish, bread and almost anything else.
