From January 15-18, 2026, soak in a showcase of Napa Valley wineries and world-class culinarians who arrive ready to take your palate on a journey. More than 100 esteemed Napa Valley wineries along with 20+ celebrated chefs from Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurants will gather along Florida’s sparkling coastline during a long weekend devoted to wine and epicurean excellence. The lineup includes over 20 events – from vintner-hosted dinners to a progressive grand tasting and a gala headlined by the legendary Mario Carbone – all in the breathtaking setting of The Boca Raton.

If that’s not enough, indulge in a menu prepared by Chef Rogelio Garcia of the Michelin-starred Auro at the Four Seasons Napa Valley. With his ability to seamlessly integrate classical French techniques with his Japanese and Mexican influences, Garcia’s globally inspired dinner is one not to miss.   

Tasting Pavilion – Grand Tasting

Experience the best of Artisans of Wine & Food at our Tasting Pavilion, a luxurious tented event that gathers the epitome of culinary and wine excellence. Taking place on the Grand Lawn and Alhambra Lawn at Mizner Center, as well as The Marina at Yacht Club with Riva, the afternoon will swell with incredible flavors presented by the weekend’s chefs, who are award-winning masters in their fields. Sample wines from over 100 world-class wineries while engaging in thoughtful conversation with the vintners. While you taste and savor, be sure to hydrate under the comforts of the Saratoga Spring Water tent, where a hydration station is offered. It’s no wonder this event is one of the most popular experiences of the entire weekend.

A Vintners Gala: Carbone at Artisans of Wine & Food

The weekend comes to a crescendo as Artisans of Wine & Food presents its grand Wine Auction and Charity Gala. Harkening back to a nostalgia-filled era where supper clubs reigned supreme, the setting will evoke a spirit of opulence with luscious red velvet decor and glistening crystal chandeliers. The gala, hosted by famed Chef Mario Carbone and affectionately called Carbone at Artisans of Wine & Food, begins with a tented al fresco reception leading into an Italian-American dinner served family-style to engage in a sense of community and connection. The evening continues with an exciting live auction that benefits two family-focused organizations, Place of Hope in Palm Beach County and the Napa Valley Vintners Youth Wellness Initiative. Guests will find themselves with the unique opportunity to bid on Napa Valley’s finest wines, luxurious experiences, and bespoke getaways.
