Guests will be greeted with a toast of Morimoto Dream Brut before sitting down to a four course dinner highlighting the Morimoto Dream Wines made by  Grgich Hills Estate, a Vertical of Grgich Hills Estate Napa Cabernet Sauvignon (2012, 2013, and 2014), finishing with the last vintage of Grgich’s late harvest dessert wine Violetta.

Guests will be among the first in the state of NJ to taste the 50th Anniversary 1976 Tasting of Paris commemorative Chardonnay.
