This December, The Cellar Door welcomes Grgich Hills Estate. The Cellar Door offers seating for up to six guests Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A chef-curated cheese and salumi pairing is available to order. Please note that the full dinner menu is not included, and reservations are required beforehand to secure a table after or before the experience. In addition, we will feature delectable food stations with gourmet bites and mustards from the local Hurley Farms of The Napa Valley and Graze Provisions and Blossom Catering. To go along with your bites, we’ll be offering wine splashes from featured local wineries and tasting rooms.

Kick off the festival at the Opening Night Reception with the James Beard Foundation, an extraordinary gathering of culinary talent and prestige. Hosted by the acclaimed Nancy Silverton, James Beard Award winner and Michelin-starred chef, she will be joined by more than 20 acclaimed chefs—James Beard Award winners, nominees, and semifinalists—will present specially crafted bites, perfectly complimented by the premier wines from over 40 distinguished wineries and exceptional offerings from 10+ spirit brands. Set against the stunning backdrop of The Inn at Spanish Bay, this immersive evening transforms every corner into a showcase of culinary artistry, offering a preview of the excellence to unfold throughout the weekend. Proceeds support the James Beard Foundation’s mission to celebrate, support, and elevate culinary arts, as well as The Pebble Beach Company Foundation’s community initiatives.
