A Regenerative Wine Experience

This August only, we’re celebrating Napa Valley’s commitment to a greener future with nonprofit Napa Green by saying “Cheers to Climate Smart Wines!”

Delight in three unique bites curated to pair perfectly with three Grgich Hills Estate wines. Each morsel incorporates local, organic ingredients along with our very own Regenerative Organic certified olive oil. As you savor the pure flavors of organic and regenerative farming, your wine educator will take you through our eco-friendly history–from farming practices and animal husbandry to solar panels and water conservation.

A portion of the proceeds from this tasting will be donated to Napa Green, our partners who work to ensure that Napa Valley’s vineyards remain pristine and environmentally safe.

Seated Miljenko’s Tasting

Take a seat, relax, and enjoy an exclusive tasting at our Rutherford estate. Your host will guide you through four limited production and specialty wines. $60 per person/ complimentary for club members as per your clubs benefits. Please allow 90 minutes for this experience. Wine & Food Tour

Enjoy a tour and tasting at the winery accompanied by epicurean delights prepared by our Culinary Advisor. You will begin your experience at our Ranch House and enjoy a serene excursion with stops at our Rutherford vineyard and winery cellar. This tour will end in our private Salon, where you will finish your tasting along with curated bites. Picnic Experience

Available Fri-Sun 11 AM – 2 PM, June 7th 2024 – October 27, 2024

We’ll reserve our best table for you at our outdoor Club Lounge to enjoy a picnic experience for 2-8 guests ($75 per additional guest). Add your choice of wine by the bottle to complete your picnic – wine purchased separately.

This experience features up-close views of our estate Rutherford vineyard, as well as customized lunch boxes from Oakville Grocery with a custom picnic tote and Grgich Hills Estate wine key for you to take home.

Harvest Grape Stomp

Returning Fall of 2024

Available Fridays – Sundays starting at 12 PM

You are invited to jump in a barrel of freshly picked grapes and stomp away just like Miljenko “Mike” Grgich did as a child in Croatia! You’ll create a unique keepsake by putting your grape-stained feet on a white “I stomped at Grgich Hills” t-shirt.

Join us on our Ranch House lawn for a quintessential wine country afternoon. Choose your favorite Grgich Hills Estate wine to accompany your experience and enjoy a picnic lunch for two (additional guests can be added for $75) in a custom picnic tote and Grgich Hills Estate wine key to take home.

Private Library Tasting

Our special Library Room is the venue for this very exclusive, rare wine tasting of 6 wines which your private host will customize to your preferences. We have a significant Library program here at Grgich Hills Estate and enjoy collaborating with our guests to create a one-of-a-kind, truly memorable experience. Your tasting fee will be charged on the day of your experience.

Caviar and Library White Wine Experience

Join us for our newest food and wine experience, a Caviar and White Library Wine Pairing. Enjoy three of our beautifully aged library white wines with a selection of sustainably farmed Caviar from Tsar Nicoulai Caviar. Founded in 1984, Tsar Nicoulai Caviar is located in Wilton, California, where they have been practicing responsible and environmentally sound farming techniques while producing exquisite caviar. Enjoy a tasting of Tsar Nicoulai’s Estate, Osetra, and Baerii eco-certified caviar paired perfectly with three wines to heighten the pairing.

Grgich Hills Wine Train Experience

Taste the wine that put Napa Valley on the map and get the inside track to a true Napa Valley legend. The winery itself is simple, quaint, and charming, but is home to one of the Napa Valley’s most famous stories. If you haven’t heard of the 1976 Paris Tasting, you soon will. After a gourmet lunch aboard the elegant Wine Train, indulge in a private tour and tasting at Grgich Hills Estate.

Bottle Service

Peruse our wide selection of wines, including some taken from our extensive wine library, and select the bottle that fits your occasion. You and your party can take advantage of our beautiful outdoor garden patio, enjoying wines served in our carefully selected Gabriel-Glas stemware.

Wine By The Glass

Enjoy our beautiful outdoor garden patio which has an easterly view of the Vaca Mountains. With a table reservation you may enjoy wines by the glass from our extensive list featuring a selection of both red and white varietals.
