Seated Miljenko’s Tasting

The quintessential Grgich Hills tasting experience, perfected by Miljenko “Mike” Grgich back in the early days of Grgich Hills Estate. One of our exceptional wine educators will guide you through a flight of the most popular varietals in the Napa Valley – Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Bottle Service and Wine by the Glass

If you have a favorite varietal or go-to Grgich Hills wine, we invite you to take a seat at our newly renovated garden patio with a glass of your choice and bask in the view of the Vaca mountain range. Want to share your favored wine with a group of friends? Our staff is happy to provide bottle service so you can fully enjoy the Grgich Hills flavor you know and love while creating new Napa Valley memories.

Caviar Flight

We’ve partnered with Tsar Nicoulai Caviar, pioneers of sustainable caviar in the United States, to bring you this opulent and unique Napa Valley experience. You’ll enjoy three of our library-aged white wines served exclusively on this tasting, each one paired with a different type of caviar selected to bring out the best flavors in both. The bracing acidity of our whites creates a perfect balance with the tangy richness of our caviar, making this a perfect experience for those with a refined palate.

Rutherford Estate Experience

Fancying a taste of the Grgich Hills Club Member life before committing? This experience will allow you to do just that! Enjoy the best views our Napa Valley winery has to offer at our Ranch House – our private club member lounge – overlooking our Rutherford vineyard and the beautiful Mayacamas mountains. You’ll be treated to five club member exclusive wines, paired with delicious artisanal cheese and charcuterie while an Estate Ambassador teaches you all you need to know about Grgich Hills’ farming, winemaking, and history.

Wine and Food Tour

Every Grgich Hills wine is made with food in mind and are best enjoyed when accompanied by a complementary culinary creation. Our in-house chef has crafted a series of gourmet aperitifs to accompany five of our Estate-grown, limited production wines that you won’t be able to find outside our Napa Valley winery. While enjoying the harmony of the food and wine, a Grgich Hills Ambassador will take you for a tour around the property while speaking to the history of the Napa Valley, our farming and winemaking philosophies, and of course, the wines.

Picnic Experience

Did you see the infamous I Love Lucy grape stomping scene and think, “Hey, that looks like fun!”? Grgich Hills is proud to be one of the only wineries in the entire Napa Valley to offer our combined grape stomp/picnic experience all throughout the harvest season. Beginning at the end of summer when the grapes are growing heavy on the vine, we handpick a half-barrel’s worth of Cabernet Sauvignon or Zinfandel for you and your guests to crush underfoot. Each couple will also be provided with a Grgich Hills picnic basket complete with boxed lunches, wine glasses, and a wine opener so you can enjoy a Grgich-themed picnic on your next outing. As a souvenir of your participation in the Napa Valley harvest, you’ll also receive an ‘I Stomped’ t-shirt, to be emblazoned with your footprints fresh from the stomp.
